BACKGROUND
The Ministry aimed to develop a tool that visualized teacher performance insights in a way that supported growth rather than assessment. The challenge was to distill complex evaluation data into an accessible, visually consistent narrative that could inspire confidence, clarity, and collaboration across regions.
WHAT I DID
I designed a presentation system using PowerPoint, Illustrator, and Photoshop, structuring the story around progression, empowerment, and improvement. Selected authentic imagery of Saudi classrooms and educators to humanize the data, applied a modular grid for visual flow, and created reusable templates for future benchmarking reports. Each section transitioned with precision, ensuring fluid navigation between insights and recommendations.
RESULT
The presentation redefined how the Ministry communicates teacher development metrics—balancing analytical rigor with empathy. Its structure has since been adopted as a standard for future evaluations, praised for transforming technical findings into an uplifting narrative on educational excellence.
