BACKGROUND

The objective was to standardize proposal materials for one of KPMG’s most strategic clients—ensuring visual consistency and flexibility across multiple service lines.

WHAT I DID

Designed eight tailored templates in PowerPoint, Illustrator, and Photoshop—each aligned to specific Aramco service domains like Risk Management and Cyber Security. Developed visual storytelling assets such as icons, infographics, and branded covers for modular use. Collaborated with pursuit leads to integrate the templates into a scalable design system.

RESULT

The templates reduced proposal prep time by 20% and improved visual quality across submissions. They reinforced client trust and became the visual foundation for 3–4 weekly proposals to Aramco.
