THE LEADERSHIP LAB
CLIENT
Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs & Housing (MOMRAH)
BACKGROUND
The brief was to visualize leadership as science—translating concepts like cognition, experimentation, and growth into a cohesive design language that felt dynamic and modern.
WHAT I DID
I designed and directed a 40-slide PowerPoint framework functioning as both deck and cinematic sequence. Using PowerPoint, Illustrator, and Photoshop, I created layouts with fluid motion cues, scientific motifs, and narrative flow. I balanced brand fidelity with creativity, crafting covers, dividers, and thematic imagery that guided viewers through ideas of coaching, neuroscience, and leadership evolution.
RESULT
The presentation became a flagship communication tool within MOMRAH, praised for turning abstract theory into visually engaging narrative. It strengthened client engagement and internal recognition for innovative storytelling through design—a reflection of my ability to merge academic depth with creative direction.
