BACKGROUND
The project required a mobile- and desktop-optimized microsite to showcase 36 work packages within tight timelines. Midway, the scope shifted dramatically—demanding adaptive design thinking and real-time collaboration.
WHAT I DID
I architected the microsite structure, producing 41 pages using the Dialogue Platform and Photoshop for UI assets. When the scope compressed, I redesigned the layouts, merged content intelligently, and maintained a consistent aesthetic. Partnering with the EMA MADE team, I coordinated parallel development while ensuring brand compliance and seamless responsiveness across devices.
RESULT
Delivered on schedule despite scope change, the microsite enhanced user engagement by 20% and streamlined proposal navigation. It became a template for future Dialogue-based projects, illustrating my ability to blend UX discipline with visual storytelling and collaborative leadership.
