BACKGROUND

The brief was to create a visually distinct presentation addressing key challenges in Riyadh’s real estate growth while inspiring private sector investment.

WHAT I DID

I directed the design around a black-and-white cityscape aesthetic with colored architectural highlights representing RCRC’s modern vibrancy. Using Photoshop, Illustrator, and PowerPoint, I composed layered skylines, cutouts of iconic Riyadh landmarks, and transitions mimicking city lights.

RESULT

The presentation stood out for its cinematic tone and brand alignment, receiving praise for sophistication and visual storytelling. It became a stylistic benchmark for future RCRC materials.
